Name unknown. What we do know is that you’re passionate about making an impact in the field of sustainability. In retail and with major A-brands, sustainability is now an integral part. At Tchai, we have the ambition to achieve our own green goals and continually raise the bar. This applies both within our own organization and beyond, in our supply chain and with our customers.
You are driven to put sustainability goals on the agenda and keep them there. You collaborate with various stakeholders, including colleagues, customers, suppliers, and other external parties. You approach this with positive energy and natural conviction. You are familiar with the latest developments in sustainability and enjoy using this knowledge to make an organization more sustainable.
The Job.
> At Tchai, you serve as the representative for sustainability.
> In collaboration with our Vision & Strategy team, you develop TCHAI’s sustainability strategy.
> You monitor and report on various KPIs, including CO2 emissions.
> You prepare sustainability reports.
> You monitor trends and developments in the field of sustainability.
> With the goal of promoting sustainability objectives, you initiate projects.
> You establish collaborations with various stakeholders, such as colleagues, customers, suppliers, charitable organizations, and other external institutions or groups.
> You guide/inform/train colleagues in the field of sustainability to translate set goals into their work and increase support.
> In collaboration with our Vision & Strategy team, you develop TCHAI’s sustainability strategy.

Experience & Knowledge.
> HBO/WO educational background and thinking level.
> 1 to 3 years of work experience in the field of sustainability.
> Experience in developing and promoting sustainability strategies.
> Knowledge of (European) regulations in the field of sustainability and the ability to translate them into practical and achievable solutions.
> Familiarity with and experience in Supply Chain Management.
> Proficiency in processing data into visually appealing, easily comprehensible reports.
> Capability to translate commercial needs of our clients into sustainable solutions that provide real value.
> Strong communication skills.
> Exceptional proficiency in English.
> Robust analytical skills.
> Available fulltime.
> 1 to 3 years of work experience in the field of sustainability.
> Experience in developing and promoting sustainability strategies.
> Knowledge of (European) regulations in the field of sustainability and the ability to translate them into practical and achievable solutions.
